Sometimes, the best thing you can do is slow down — and The Chill Flow is your invitation to do just that. This class is designed to gently ease tension, lengthen tight muscles, and ground your energy with ultra-soothing movement.


We’ll guide you through long, restful stretches and soft transitions between poses like forward fold, supine twist, and butterfly. You’ll stay low to the ground, supported by the breath and encouraged to linger where it feels good.
