Welcome to your very first class — no pressure, no pretzel poses, just you, your breath, and some seriously good vibes. Hello, Yoga is designed for absolute beginners, with gentle guidance through foundational poses that help you feel more at home in your body. Think of this class as a friendly hello from yoga itself — calm, open, and judgment-free.

You’ll learn simple postures like mountain, child’s pose, and cat-cow, along with light movements to stretch your spine, hips, and shoulders. We’ll take our time, focus on how your body feels in each shape, and help you find comfort in the basics before jumping into anything more advanced.

Along the way, we’ll sprinkle in helpful cues on breathing, alignment, and relaxation — all at a pace that encourages exploration over perfection. You’ll feel supported, even if you’ve never stepped on a mat before.

By the end of the class, you’ll be more connected to your body, grounded in your breath, and confident enough to say “Hey, yoga — I think we’re gonna get along.” This is the start of something beautiful.
