We’ll move through a short series of calming stretches like legs up the wall, reclined twist, and supported child’s pose. Each shape is held longer to help your body fully relax and your mind gently quiet down.


This class isn’t just yoga — it’s a sleep ritual. We’ll also introduce breathing techniques that calm the nervous system, preparing you for deep, restorative rest.
